Roy Clauson, founder of Spieden Technologies LLC, started his technology career with IBM in 1967. Throughout his career he has designed computer systems and peripherals, analyzed system performance, and managed large software projects. He founded the IBM Center for Microsoft Technologies in 1992. After leaving IBM he continued working on advanced server and storage technologies.
Roy has been an avid boater/sailor for most of his life and has worked on many marine electronics installations. He is meticulous about his workmanship.
Roy holds a BSEE degree from Northeastern University and a MSEE degree from Syracuse University.
